If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
DWC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms apply to all users, including students, visitors, and partners interacting with DWC materials.
2. Attendance & Code of Conduct
Students are expected to attend all scheduled live sessions punctually. Repeated absence without prior notice may result in removal from the cohort.
Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior during sessions, community spaces, or interactions with peers and instructors will not be tolerated.
Students must not share, redistribute, or resell course materials, session recordings, or proprietary resources without written permission.
Violation of the code of conduct may result in suspension or permanent removal from the program without refund.
3. Intellectual Property
All course content, curriculum designs, templates, frameworks, and proprietary materials created by DWC remain the intellectual property of Digital Wealth Creators.
Students retain full ownership of projects and products they create during or after the program.
DWC grants students a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use course materials for personal learning purposes only.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of DWC materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
4. Digital Purchases & Refunds
All digital product purchases (courses, templates, resources) are final once access has been granted.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of the content.
Refund decisions are made at DWC's discretion and are processed within 14 business days.
DWC reserves the right to modify pricing, bundle offerings, and promotional terms without prior notice.
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting DWC support will result in immediate account suspension.
